Supply Chain Policy
Responsibility in the supply chain
Our decisions have an impact on the conditions under which people work. Carefully selected suppliers and sustainable supply chains are key components of our purchasing policy and sustainability management. Close and long-term cooperation with our partners is the basis for our ability to be effective for local people.
The German Supply Chain Sustainability Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz, LkSG) makes this responsibility binding for German companies and thus creates an awareness of respect for human rights in global supply chains.
We are strongly committed to respecting and protecting human rights and the environment and to fulfil the relevant legal requirements. We expect our business partners to share, respect, comply with and apply the principles and requirements set out in our
Code of Conduct for Business Partners.
Reports of human rights and environmental risks or violations can be addressed to the complaints office by e-mail.
